Welcome to Learnfy! By using our Service at Learnfy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Learnfy.

1. Who Can Use Learnfy

Learnfy is designed for children ages 5-12. To use our Service:

• A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account
• Parents must provide verifiable consent before children can use personalized features
• Children cannot create accounts on their own
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account

2. Subscriptions & Payment

Learnfy offers paid subscription plans that automatically renew unless you cancel. Here's what you need to know:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are generally only available for annual plans within 30 days of purchase
• Free trials require payment information and convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled

3. Acceptable Use

To keep Learnfy safe and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Share your account with anyone outside your immediate household
• Hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our security
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Upload harmful code, malware, or viruses
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Collect personal information about other children

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Privacy & Your Data

We take your child's privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information. By using Learnfy, you consent to our data practices.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Learnfy — including quests, characters, graphics, and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

If your child creates content within Learnfy (drawings, responses, etc.), you retain ownership, but you grant us a license to store and display it within the Service and use anonymized data to improve our platform.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

Learnfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific educational outcomes or learning improvements
• That the Service will meet all your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Important: Learnfy is a supplemental learning tool, not a replacement for formal education or professional services.

7. Termination

You can cancel your account anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@learnfy.site.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your payment fails repeatedly.

8. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
